Regulations for Hunts
- In case of change/s of date, the not-included services will be charged according to the rates prevailing when the hunting takes place.
- Non-hunters joining the group will be charged USD750 for the services of accommodation, full-boarding and drives airport – lodge – airport in SDE. This will be paid beforehand to book place.
- Reservations will be made by bank wire transfer (standard or Zelle) U$D500 per person
- Down payments are non-refundable.
- Change of date
- If a change of date is required up to 60 days before scheduled arrival date, no penalty will be charged if the hunting is rescheduled during the same season.
- If it is rescheduled for the next season, a USD 1,500 penalty charge will be added.
- If a change of date is required less than 60 days before scheduled arrival date, USD 1,000 will be charged as penalty if the hunting is rescheduled during the same season.
- If it is rescheduled for the next season, a USD 1,500 penalty charge will be added.
- For a second change of date, a new penalty of USD 1,000 will be charged.
- In case the party wants to use the hunt donated by Wingshooting Unlimited after its expiring date, they will have a penalty of USD 1,500 and the hunt will be reprogrammed within the next 12 months coming. After this period, the hunt will be cancelled and the party won’t have the right to claim or make use of it.
Cancellation
- If a hunting trip is cancelled after reservation, 100% of the front payment will be withheld.
- Payment at the lodges
- Hunt rates are expressed in American dollars.
- Credit cards, personal checks and traveler checks are not accepted at the lodge at the moment.
- All payments will be made cash in American dollars, or zelle +5% without exception.

Not-included services
- Air fares. Shotguns and shells. Hunting permits. Personal hunting equipment. Tips for guide, bird boy and house staff. Taxes. Phone calls. Laundry service. Massage sessions.
- Upgrading to single room: +USD150 per room (subject to availability).
Not-used services
- If a client decides not to make use of any of the services included in the hunt purchased, that service will not be refunded.
